Piotr Sobczak 2a9ac6c11e [AMDGPU] Avoid an illegal operand in si-shrink-instructions
Before the patch it was possible to trigger a constant bus
violation when folding immediates into a shrunk instruction.

The patch adds a check to enforce the legality of the new operand.

The LLVM Compiler Infrastructure

This directory and its subdirectories contain source code for LLVM,
a toolkit for the construction of highly optimized compilers,
optimizers, and runtime environments.

LLVM is open source software. You may freely distribute it under the terms of
the license agreement found in LICENSE.txt.
