Adds a "Discriminator" field to struct DILineInfo, which defaults to 0. Fills out the "Discriminator" field in DILineInfo in DWARFDebugLine::LineTable::getFileLineInfoForAddress(). in order to have a slightly nicer interface in getFileLineInfoForAddress.
