Aaron Ballman 2bf3f3dd45 Suppress two warnings from MSVC 2015 that are triggered under /W4. Since we turn off exceptions in the code base, C4577 is moot. C4091 triggers on system headers and is a benign construct.

Low Level Virtual Machine (LLVM)

This directory and its subdirectories contain source code for LLVM,
a toolkit for the construction of highly optimized compilers,
optimizers, and runtime environments.
