Anton Korobeynikov 3097e49515 Fix a major regression on COFF targets introduced by r103267: 'discardable' section means that it is used only during the program load and can be discarded afterwards. 
This way *only* debug sections can be discarded, but not the opposite. Seems like the copy-and-pasto from ELF code, since there it contains the reverse flag ('alloc').

Low Level Virtual Machine (LLVM)
================================

This directory and its subdirectories contain source code for the Low Level
Virtual Machine, a toolkit for the construction of highly optimized compilers,
optimizers, and runtime environments.

LLVM is open source software. You may freely distribute it under the terms of
the license agreement found in LICENSE.txt.

assistance with LLVM.
