Evgeniy Stepanov ec37e7004e Fix passed env var name in lit for Android tests. 
The variable is actually called ANDROID_SERIAL.
This was not exercised on the bots until today.
Should fix the sanitizer-x86_64-linux failures.

 lit - A Software Testing Tool

lit is a portable tool for executing LLVM and Clang style test suites,
summarizing their results, and providing indication of failures. lit is designed
to be a lightweight testing tool with as simple a user interface as possible.
