George Rimar 3a4453bb6f [yaml2obj/obj2yaml] - Allow setting an arbitrary values for e_machine.

Currently we only allow using a known named constants
for `Machine` field in YAML documents.

This patch allows using any numbers (valid or "unknown")
and adds test cases for current and new functionality.

With this it is possible to write a test cases for really unknown
EM_* targets.

The LLVM Compiler Infrastructure
================================

This directory and its subdirectories contain source code for LLVM,
a toolkit for the construction of highly optimized compilers,
optimizers, and runtime environments.

LLVM is open source software. You may freely distribute it under the terms of
the license agreement found in LICENSE.txt.

Please see the documentation provided in docs/ for further
assistance with LLVM, and in particular docs/GettingStarted.rst for getting
