Andrei Elovikov 3c9c875d8d [SLP] Don't allow Div/Rem as alternate opcodes
Summary:
We don't have control/verify what will be the RHS of the division, so it might
happen to be zero, causing UB.

The LLVM Compiler Infrastructure

This directory and its subdirectories contain source code for LLVM,
a toolkit for the construction of highly optimized compilers,
optimizers, and runtime environments.
