Mehdi Amini 3d0dd0ec2c Make the Error class constructor protected 
This is forcing to use Error::success(), which is in a wide majority
of cases a lot more readable.

DebugInfo Switch all DWARF variables for tags, attributes and forms over to use the llvm::dwarf enumerations instead of using raw uint16_t values.
