James Molloy 402abeda73 Add support for the R_ARM_TARGET1 relocation, which should be given to relocations applied to all C++ constructors and destructors. 
This enables the linker to match concrete relocation types (absolute or relative) with whatever library or C++ support code is being linked against.

Low Level Virtual Machine (LLVM)
================================

This directory and its subdirectories contain source code for the Low Level
Virtual Machine, a toolkit for the construction of highly optimized compilers,
optimizers, and runtime environments.

LLVM is open source software. You may freely distribute it under the terms of
the license agreement found in LICENSE.txt.
