Jim Grosbach 4579f05f36 NEON use vmov.i32 to splat some f32 values into vectors. 
For bit patterns that aren't representable using the 8-bit floating point
representation for vmov.f32, but are representable via vmov.i32, treat
the .f32 syntax as an alias. Most importantly, this covers the case
'vmov.f32 Vd, #0.0'.

Low Level Virtual Machine (LLVM)
================================

This directory and its subdirectories contain source code for the Low Level
Virtual Machine, a toolkit for the construction of highly optimized compilers,
optimizers, and runtime environments.

LLVM is open source software. You may freely distribute it under the terms of
the license agreement found in LICENSE.txt.

assistance with LLVM.
