Evan Cheng 47778669f5 Enable Chris' value propagation change. It make available known sign, zero, one bits information for values that are live out of basic blocks. The goal is to eliminate unnecessary sext, zext, truncate of values that are live-in to blocks. This does not handle PHI nodes yet.

Low Level Virtual Machine (LLVM)
================================

This directory and its subdirectories contain source code for the Low Level 
Virtual Machine, a toolkit for the construction of highly optimized compilers,
optimizers, and runtime environments. 

LLVM is open source software. You may freely distribute it under the terms of
the license agreement found in LICENSE.txt.
