Add pattern matching and intrinsics for the following instructions:

predicated orr, eor, and, bic
predicated mul, smulh, umulh, sdiv, udiv, sdivr, udivr
predicated smax, umax, smin, umin, sabd, uabd
mad, msb, mla, mls
