Ayal Zaks 89dc822b95 [LV] Make scalarizeInstruction() non-virtual. NFC. 
Following the request made in https://reviews.llvm.org/D32871,
scalarizeInstruction() which is no longer overridden by InnerLoopUnroller is
hereby made non-virtual in InnerLoopVectorizer.

Should have been part of r297580 originally.
