Duncan Sands 559ddbafc0 Clarify the relationship between byval and readonly/ 
readnone.  Make clearer that readnone functions do not
dereference pointer arguments.  Do not use the highly
ambiguous "side-effects" in the readonly description
(since such functions can have control flow side-effects,
such as throwing an exception, or looping for ever).

Low Level Virtual Machine (LLVM)
================================

This directory and its subdirectories contain source code for the Low Level 
Virtual Machine, a toolkit for the construction of highly optimized compilers,
optimizers, and runtime environments. 

LLVM is open source software. You may freely distribute it under the terms of
the license agreement found in LICENSE.txt.
