Sjoerd Meijer 765bfbdcbd [AArch64] Armv8.4-A: system registers
This adds the following system registers:
- RAS registers,
- MPAM registers,
- Activitiy monitor registers,
- Trace Extension registers,
- Timing insensitivity of data processing instructions,
- Enhanced Support for Nested Virtualization.
