This tests legacy PM specific code (https://bugs.llvm.org/show_bug.cgi?id=37334). This is failing under the new PM because -loop-sink is a function pass, not a loop pass, and doesn't run -loop-simplify.

; BreakCriticalEdges tries to update LI and DT if they are present. However,
; updating LI actually needs a DT, so we now require DT in
; BranchProbabilityInfo/LazyBlockFrequencyInfo/LazyBranchProbabilityInfo so it
; is indeed available when LI is.
