Jakob Stoklund Olesen 59d3b89873 Teach VirtRegRewriter to update slot indexes when erasing instructions. 
It was leaving dangling pointers in the slot index maps.

\Low Level Virtual Machine (LLVM)

This directory and its subdirectories contain source code for the Low Level
Virtual Machine, a toolkit for the construction of highly optimized compilers,
optimizers, and runtime environments.
