Rafael Espindola 5e9a87e6cb Use os.path.realpath when tracking the cwd.

This is needed by TestCases/Posix/coverage-direct.cc

The problem is that the test does:

mkdir <dir>
cd <dir>
cd ..
rm -rf <dir>
<more commands>

the current directory currently looks like "/.../<dir>/../" which
doesn't exist when dir is deleted.

at some point we should probably switch to using the os current
directory (specially if we want to add subshell), but this is a small
incremental improvement.

Low Level Virtual Machine (LLVM)

This directory and its subdirectories contain source code for LLVM,
a toolkit for the construction of highly optimized compilers,
optimizers, and runtime environments.

LLVM is open source software. You may freely distribute it under the terms of
the license agreement found in LICENSE.txt.

Please see the documentation provided in docs/ for further
assistance with LLVM, and in particular docs/GettingStarted.rst for getting
started with LLVM and docs/README.txt for an overview of LLVM's
documentation setup.
