Andrew Savonichev 607f7c19c2 [AArch64] Combine vector shift instructions in SelectionDAG 
bswap.v2i16 + sitofp in LLVM IR generate a sequence of:

  - REV32 + USHR for bswap.v2i16
  - SHL + SSHR + SCVTF for sext to v2i32 and scvt

The shift instructions are excessive as noted in PR24820, and they can
be optimized to just SSHR.

The LLVM Compiler Infrastructure
================================

This directory and its subdirectories contain source code for LLVM,
a toolkit for the construction of highly optimized compilers,
optimizers, and runtime environments.

LLVM is open source software. You may freely distribute it under the terms of
the license agreement found in LICENSE.txt.

Please see the documentation provided in docs/ for further
assistance with LLVM, and in particular docs/GettingStarted.rst for getting
started with LLVM and docs/README.txt for an overview of LLVM's
documentation setup.

If you are writing a package for LLVM, see docs/Packaging.rst for our
suggestions.
