Hans Wennborg f27451b3a7 lit: simplify population of the actual_inputs array 
Add all inputs to the array, except those starting with @, which
are treated as response files and expanded.

 lit - A Software Testing Tool

lit is a portable tool for executing LLVM and Clang style test suites,
summarizing their results, and providing indication of failures. lit is designed
