Andrew Trick 651c624842 LoopVectorize fix: LoopInfo must be valid when invoking utils like SCEVExpander. ... In general, one should always complete CFG modifications first, update CFG-based analyses, like Dominatores and LoopInfo, then generate instruction sequences.
