Dan Gohman 65954b2eb4 Optimize ScalarEvolution's SCEVComplexityCompare predicate: don't go ... scrounging through SCEVUnknown contents and SCEVNAryExpr operands; instead just do a simple deterministic comparison of the precomputed hash data.
