NAKAMURA Takumi 6a76c59fc3 Revert r130657, "Windows/DynamicLibrary.inc: Clean up ELM_Callback. We may check the decl instead of the versions of individual libraries."

We may assume the type of 1st argument as PCSTR in PENUMLOADED_MODULES_CALLBACK. PSTR was in the ancient mingw32.

Low Level Virtual Machine (LLVM)

This directory and its subdirectories contain source code for LLVM,
a toolkit for the construction of highly optimized compilers,
optimizers, and runtime environments.

LLVM is open source software. You may freely distribute it under the terms of
the license agreement found in LICENSE.txt.
