Duncan Sands 36db5853cb Rename AddReadAttrs to FunctionAttrs, and teach it how
to work out (in a very simplistic way) which function
arguments (pointer arguments only) are only dereferenced
and so do not escape.  Mark such arguments 'nocapture'.
