Joseph Tremoulet d1c89447ca [WinEH] Recognize CoreCLR personality function
Summary:
 - Add CoreCLR to if/else ladders and switches as appropriate.
 - Rename isMSVCEHPersonality to isFuncletEHPersonality to better
   reflect what it captures.
