Jim Grosbach 7241c49ace lli: Initialize the native asm parser for inline assembly.

MCJIT supports inline assembly, but requires the asm parser to do so.
Make sure to link it in and initialize it.

Low Level Virtual Machine (LLVM)

This directory and its subdirectories contain source code for the Low Level
Virtual Machine, a toolkit for the construction of highly optimized compilers,
optimizers, and runtime environments.
