David Greene 76a2654db8 Add Name Init Record Constructor

Add a Record constructor that takes the Record name as an Init.  This
is more work toward paste functionality.

Low Level Virtual Machine (LLVM)

This directory and its subdirectories contain source code for the Low Level
Virtual Machine, a toolkit for the construction of highly optimized compilers,
optimizers, and runtime environments.
