SafepointIRVerifier crashed while traversing blocks without a DomTreeNode. This could happen with a custom pipeline or when some optional passes were skipped by OptBisect. SafepointIRVerifier is fixed to traverse basic blocks that are reachable from entry. Test are added. Patch Author: Yevgeny Rouban!
