Generalize the shuffle(not(x)) -> not(shuffle(x)) fold to handle any binop with 0/-1. Hopefully we can further generalize to help push target unary/binary shuffles through binops similar to what we do in DAGCombiner::visitVECTOR_SHUFFLE |
