Chris Lattner 860d90844c start the implementation of a new ConstantDataVector and ConstantDataArray

classes, per PR1324.  Not all of their helper functions are implemented,
nothing creates them, and the rest of the compiler doesn't handle them yet.

Low Level Virtual Machine (LLVM)

This directory and its subdirectories contain source code for the Low Level
Virtual Machine, a toolkit for the construction of highly optimized compilers,
optimizers, and runtime environments.
