Teresa Johnson 874bf8fb85 Memory intrinsic value profile optimization: Avoid divide by 0
Summary:
Skip memops if the total value profiled count is 0, we can't correctly
scale up the counts and there is no point anyway.

Low Level Virtual Machine (LLVM)

This directory and its subdirectories contain source code for LLVM,
a toolkit for the construction of highly optimized compilers,
optimizers, and runtime environments.
