This reverts commit r351125.

I missed test changes in an SLPVectorizer test, due to the cost model
changes. Reverting for now.

The LLVM Compiler Infrastructure

This directory and its subdirectories contain source code for LLVM,
a toolkit for the construction of highly optimized compilers,
optimizers, and runtime environments.
