Jingyue Wu 88ed36369b [ValueTracking] do not overwrite analysis results already computed 
Summary:
ValueTracking used to overwrite the analysis results computed from
assumes and dominating conditions. This patch fixes this issue.

Test Plan: test/Analysis/ValueTracking/assume.ll
