Devang Patel 3b08c33f33 Remove dead debug info intrinsics.
Intrinsic::dbg_stoppoint
 Intrinsic::dbg_region_start 
 Intrinsic::dbg_region_end 
 Intrinsic::dbg_func_start
AutoUpgrade simply ignores these intrinsics now.
