Sanjay Patel 8d3b95bafd [x86] allow peeking through an extract_subvector to find a splatted operand 
The motivating case is seen in "splat4_v8f32_load_store" and based on code in PR42024:
https://bugs.llvm.org/show_bug.cgi?id=42024
(I haven't stepped through the v8i32 sibling test yet to see why that diverged.)

There are other potential improvements visible like allowing scalarization or vector
narrowing.

The LLVM Compiler Infrastructure
================================

This directory and its subdirectories contain source code for LLVM,
a toolkit for the construction of highly optimized compilers,
optimizers, and runtime environments.

LLVM is open source software. You may freely distribute it under the terms of
the license agreement found in LICENSE.txt.

Please see the documentation provided in docs/ for further
assistance with LLVM, and in particular docs/GettingStarted.rst for getting
started with LLVM and docs/README.txt for an overview of LLVM's
documentation setup.

If you are writing a package for LLVM, see docs/Packaging.rst for our
