Craig Topper 8d7404345a [TableGen] Remove an assumption about the order of encodings in the MVT::SimpleValueType enum. Instead of assuming the types are sorted by size, scan the typeset arrays to find the smallest/largest type. NFC

Low Level Virtual Machine (LLVM)

This directory and its subdirectories contain source code for LLVM,
a toolkit for the construction of highly optimized compilers,
optimizers, and runtime environments.
