Javed Absar 8e25c39cd6 [ARM] Add machine scheduler for Cortex-R52
This patch adds the Sched Machine Model for Cortex-R52.

Details of the pipeline and descriptions are in comments
in file ARMScheduleR52.td included in this patch.

Low Level Virtual Machine (LLVM)

This directory and its subdirectories contain source code for LLVM,
a toolkit for the construction of highly optimized compilers,
optimizers, and runtime environments.
