Amara Emerson 98071b2dbb [AArch64][GlobalISel] Add isel support for vector G_ICMP and G_ASHR & G_SHL The selection for G_ICMP is unfortunately not currently importable from SDAG due to the use of custom SDNodes. To support this, this selection method has an opcode table which has been generated by a script, indexed by various instruction properties. Ideally in future we will have a GISel native selection patterns that we can write in tablegen to improve on this. For selection of some types we also need support for G_ASHR and G_SHL which are generated as a result of legalization. The LLVM Compiler Infrastructure
================================

This directory and its subdirectories contain source code for LLVM,
a toolkit for the construction of highly optimized compilers,
optimizers, and runtime environments.

LLVM is open source software. You may freely distribute it under the terms of
the license agreement found in LICENSE.txt.

Please see the documentation provided in docs/ for further
assistance with LLVM, and in particular docs/GettingStarted.rst for getting
started with LLVM and docs/README.txt for an overview of LLVM's
documentation setup.

If you are writing a package for LLVM, see docs/Packaging.rst for our
suggestions.
