Nemanja Ivanovic 54552bfee6 [PowerPC] - No SExt/ZExt needed for count trailing zeros
This patch corresponds to review:
https://reviews.llvm.org/D25896

It just eliminates the redundant ZExt after a count trailing zeros instruction.
