Hsiangkai Wang 9f83b59a15 [RISCV] Define vector vfmul/vfdiv/vfrdiv intrinsics.
Define vector vfmul/vfdiv/vfrdiv intrinsics and lower them to V instructions.

We work with @rogfer01 from BSC to come out this patch.

The LLVM Compiler Infrastructure

This directory and its subdirectories contain source code for LLVM,
a toolkit for the construction of highly optimized compilers,
optimizers, and runtime environments.
