Qiu Chaofan fe86a99411 [PowerPC] Fix a crash in POWER 9 setb peephole
Variable InnerIsSel references FalseRes, while FalseRes might be
zext/sext. So InnerIsSel should reference SetOrSelCC, otherwise a crash
will happen.
