Bob Wilson ae9655920b When expanding a vector_shuffle, the element type may not be legal and may 
need to be promoted.  The BUILD_VECTOR and EXTRACT_VECTOR_ELT nodes generated
here already allow the promoted type to be used without further changes, so
just do the promotion.  This fixes part of pr7167.

Low Level Virtual Machine (LLVM)
================================

This directory and its subdirectories contain source code for the Low Level
Virtual Machine, a toolkit for the construction of highly optimized compilers,
optimizers, and runtime environments.

LLVM is open source software. You may freely distribute it under the terms of
the license agreement found in LICENSE.txt.

assistance with LLVM.
