Chris Lattner 276811b58a Stop building RTTI information for *most* llvm libraries. Notable ... missing ones are libsupport, libsystem and libvmcore. libvmcore is currently blocked on bugpoint, which uses EH. Once it stops using EH, we can switch it off.
