Nadav Rotem ba2691bc23 Improve the generated code by getCopyFromPartsVector for promoted integer types. 
Instead of scalarizing, and doing an element-by-element truncat, use vector
truncate.
Add support for scalarization of vectors:  i8 -> <1 x i1> (from Duncan's
testcase).

Low Level Virtual Machine (LLVM)
================================

This directory and its subdirectories contain source code for the Low Level
Virtual Machine, a toolkit for the construction of highly optimized compilers,
optimizers, and runtime environments.

LLVM is open source software. You may freely distribute it under the terms of
the license agreement found in LICENSE.txt.
