Dan Gohman bf5427a7f0 Move isIdentifiedObject and isNoAliasCall into AliasAnalysis.cpp since ... they are useful to analyses other than BasicAliasAnalysis.cpp. Include the full comment for isIdentifiedObject in the header file.
