Jim Grosbach c116842e67 TableGen: AsmMatcher missing-features list minimization. 
When returning a 'cannot match due to missing CPU features' error code,
if there are multiple potential matches with different feature sets,
return the smallest set of missing features from the alternatives as
that's most likely to be the one that's desired.

Low Level Virtual Machine (LLVM)
================================

This directory and its subdirectories contain source code for the Low Level
Virtual Machine, a toolkit for the construction of highly optimized compilers,
optimizers, and runtime environments.

LLVM is open source software. You may freely distribute it under the terms of
the license agreement found in LICENSE.txt.
