Matthias Braun 6cedce8963 Lit: Allow overriding llvm tool paths+arguments, make -D an alias for --param 
These changes allow usages where you want to pass an additional
commandline option to all invocations of a specific llvm tool. Example:

> llvm-lit -Dllc=llc -enable-misched -verify-machineinstrs

 lit - A Software Testing Tool
===============================

lit is a portable tool for executing LLVM and Clang style test suites,
summarizing their results, and providing indication of failures. lit is designed
to be a lightweight testing tool with as simple a user interface as possible.
