Artur Gainullin c96ba51a67 [X86] Improve unsigned saturation downconvert detection. 
Summary:
New unsigned saturation downconvert patterns detection was implemented in
X86 Codegen:

(truncate (smin (smax (x, C1), C2)) to dest_type),
where C1 >= 0 and C2 is unsigned max of destination type.

(truncate (smax (smin (x, C2), C1)) to dest_type)
where C1 >= 0, C2 is unsigned max of destination type and C1 <= C2.
These two patterns are equivalent to:

(truncate (umin (smax(x, C1), unsigned_max_of_dest_type)) to dest_type)

Low Level Virtual Machine (LLVM)
================================

This directory and its subdirectories contain source code for LLVM,
a toolkit for the construction of highly optimized compilers,
optimizers, and runtime environments.

LLVM is open source software. You may freely distribute it under the terms of
the license agreement found in LICENSE.txt.

Please see the documentation provided in docs/ for further
assistance with LLVM, and in particular docs/GettingStarted.rst for getting
started with LLVM and docs/README.txt for an overview of LLVM's
documentation setup.
