Davide Italiano e1060417c3 [Verifier] Stop accepting broken DIGlobalVariable(s). ...

The code wasn't yelling at the user when there's a reference
from a DIGlobalVariableExpression. Thanks to Adrian for the
reduced testcase. Fixes PR34672.
