Florian Hahn e1a60f5ac3 [Verifier] Verify matrix dimensions operands match vector size.
This patch adds checks to the verifier to ensure the dimension arguments
passed to the matrix intrinsics match the vector types for their
arugments/return values.

This directory contains testcases that the verifier is supposed to detect as
malformed LLVM code.  Testcases for situations that the verifier incorrectly
identifies as malformed should go in the test/Assembler directory.
